Brief description
- The manager is an employee who is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of a business unit, division, department, or operating unit within an organization. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading the work of a group of people in many instances.
Duties
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
- Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.
- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- A Masters’s degree or MBA in relevant fields will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
- Specialized training in managing human resources will be advantageous.

- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations.
- Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.

Working Hours
- We are open Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm. There may be recommended to work hours to fit around particular needs or to respond to work demands.
Lines of communication
- We recommend a collaborative group process. The chain of commands or “Hierarchy” is project based.

- $100.00 – $125.00 Per Hour
