Brief description
- A Business Associate helps to stimulate sales growth. In this position, you will be responsible for both customer acquisition and customer retention. You will follow sales leads and open up new avenues for the company to target. You will need to focus on customer relationship management.
Duties
- Follow leads to find new customers.
- Push new products to existing customers.
- Answer questions and solve problems to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Track all sales and report new opportunities to management.
Qualifications and requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration
- Must possess sales or marketing experience.
- Equivalent know how
- Desire to learn how.

- Proficiency with common CRM programs.
- Excellent critical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours
- We are open Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm. There may be recommended to work hours to fit around particular needs or to respond to work demands.
Lines of communication
- We recommend a collaborative group process. The chain of commands or “Hierarchy” is project based.
